THE FUTURE OF HOUSING
The objectives of the proposal are: to
facilitate housing that can be adapted to the composition
family of its inhabitants, that the
houses can be grouped into different types of buildings in order to
create neighborhood groups and that can be built with a minimum
number of different panels derived from the BCORE panel 12.00 x 2.00
x 0.15 m.
We define four types of housing based
on the number of occupants and two types of blocks. One with a clear
vocation to develop as an exempt tower and the other to group online.
The vertical panels of walls and walls
will be 3.00 m. in the case of building height and 2.40 m. for
buildings of one or two heights. These will be joined together and
with the horizontal floors and ceilings by welding. The edges of the
panels to be seen will be closed with a 1 mm steel plate.
The kitchens and bathrooms have the
same composition for all homes.
The exterior and interior carpentry are
reduced to the minimum essential window and door types.
If the geographical location is
determined by the energy envelope, it will be completed by
insulation, air chamber and external termination material (wood,
ceramics, etc.). In any case, the vertical BCORE elements that
determine the balconies will be left visible.
We develop T2 housing as an isolated
single-family home with its transportable components within a volume
of 12.20 x 2.43 x 2.59 m.
